At SYSics Innovation, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return and refund policy subject to the following terms:

1. Returns

• Eligibility for Returns: Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Non-returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Opened or used RFID tags, labels, and software (if applicable for your products)
  • Perishable goods or items that are not resalable
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@sysics.com or call us at 204-800-2619. You will need to provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and a reason for the return.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.

2. Refunds

• Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
• Refund Amount: The refund will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s) minus any shipping costs. If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item received), we will refund the full purchase price including any original shipping charges.

3. Exchanges

• Product Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and return policy terms.
• Shipping for Exchanges: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the exchanged item back to us, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please provide a detailed description and, if possible, photographs of the damage or defect.

5. Cancellations

• Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@sysics.com. Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process upon receiving the product.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please first check your bank account or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@sysics.com.
